OUR STORY.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, our leaders have planned and delivered multiple high-calibre construction projects in Australia all while keeping a great focus and awareness towards time and cost-effective benefits without quality or safety compromises. Calling upon their experience, they know what works, what is required and how to get it right the first time.
Following decades of honing skills & developing long term relationships working in the Australian Construction Industry, in 2018 Brad & Simon independently started working together again. With the aim to deliver high quality construction solutions for Sydney’s contractors, designers & developers & with similar views on the challenges the industry face in terms of cost blow outs, poor planning, misalignment & inappropriate project solutions, the partnership blossomed & the combined solutions often became the difference between a project’s success rather than failure.
In 2021, Brad & Simon decided to pair up together & formalise the relationship and offer end to end project solutions under a single banner. Encompass Project Services was born.
Encompass is a modern & progressive project management company, offering high quality & unique Project Management Consulting Services for some of Sydney’s largest construction & development clients.

We believe that every project should be properly considered as early as possible. The earlier that innovative, smart & efficient decisions are incorporated into the project, the better the overall result for the project. At Encompass, we believe in providing the right optimised advice as early as possible to ensure the project is optimised, cost effective, elegant & delivered on time. Our vision is that every project is the best version of itself upon completion as a result of the right teamwork by all parties & the right leadership by Encompass.
