  1. CONCEPT DESIGN

Preparing a concept design that is efficient requires the right decisions early in the piece. Only the best consulting team with the right leadership can achieve this. Encompass has close relationships with the best designers, & industry experts to help influence the concept design process in the right direction.  During this period, Encompass will provide diligent support in the cost management, time management & risk management spaces, all while providing a collaborative platform for the team & project to excel.

2. PROJECT OPTIMISATION

At the conclusion of the concept design phase & the satisfaction that the development meets are required development needs, the Encompass team will take the project through a proprietary process of optimisation. It is during this period that Brad, Simon & the team will work together to interrogate the project from a brief, design, cost, time, risk & buildability perspective with the aim of providing a more optimal solution than industry standard. This process is intensive, productive & has yielded up-to 10% savings to the project on top of more robust design solutions.

3. CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT

The contractor engagement process is critical to the project’s success. Using first hand current industry experience, the Encompass team will work through to provide the right builder engagement process, the right method for delivery & ultimately will secure the most optimal contractor for the project. This process will be quick & effective.

4. DELIVERY

Once the project goes into delivery mode, Encompass will change gears & focus. The design & construction process will be mapped out using Sydney’s best programmers, cost controllers & BIM Managers & all deliverables will be clearly identified for all parties. At this time the entire project will be managed in 3D & 4D & the full project team will have transparent access to the status of the project via actual models of the project indicating status.
